Question #1

Are you a man or a woman?

When writing your resume, be sure to focus on the skills that qualify you for the work you want to do and the experience and training or education that is necessary to fill the position. For example, teachers will have vastly different tasks than an administrator or office clerk. Therefore, be as specific as possible so it will be clear to the hiring manager the position you are applying for and your related experience.
